This policy explains what data GamesToPlay (gamestoplay.net) collects, what it is used for, who it is shared with and what your rights are. The simple games that open here on the portal, such as tic-tac-toe, follow this policy. What the portal collects
The portal has no accounts, forms or comments: you can read every page without telling us who you are, and we never ask for your name, email or location.
Like any website, the servers that deliver the pages receive technical data with each visit — IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. The site runs on the Dashify platform and is delivered through Cloudflare, which process this data to deliver the pages and to protect them against attacks and abuse.
Cookies and local storage
The portal itself only stores one small cookie, to remember that you closed the cookie notice. The cookies and similar technologies on these pages come from Google AdSense (advertising) and Google Analytics (statistics), described below, and depend on your consent where the law requires it. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.
The simple games that open here on the portal keep the score, the mode, the difficulty and your sound setting in your browser's local storage, in items whose names start with “gtp:”. This data never leaves your device, does not identify you and disappears when you clear the site data.

This site uses Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Usage statistics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the portal is used: pages viewed, clicks on Play buttons and links, the start and end of games in the simple games (with the mode, difficulty, result and duration), device type and browser, language and approximate region (country and city, estimated from the IP address, which Google Analytics does not store). These statistics only help us improve the site and do not identify you by name or email.
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies (such as _ga) to recognize repeat visits. In the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, these cookies stay off until you consent; without consent, Google receives only cookieless signals with no identifier. You can block Google Analytics on every site with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
How we use the data
To deliver and protect the site, to measure how it is used and to show the ads that keep it free. We do not sell your personal data.
Under the LGPD (Brazil) and the GDPR (Europe), the legal bases are our legitimate interest (security and statistics without identifiers) and your consent (advertising and analytics cookies, where the law requires it).
How long we keep it
The portal keeps no personal data of its own. In Google Analytics, data tied to each visitor is deleted after 2 months and only aggregated reports remain. Cloudflare and Google keep their own records according to their policies.
Your rights
Under the LGPD, the GDPR and similar laws, you may ask to access, correct or delete data about you, object to its use and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 15 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority — in Brazil, the ANPD.
Children
The portal is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. Some games are meant for teenagers and adults, as each game page states. We do not knowingly collect children's data; if you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Game pages link to the games' own addresses and to other sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with the date of the update at the top.
